IMPORTANT UPDATE:  As marching season comes to a close, so will this photo fundraiser.

The last day to submit order forms will be Sunday, November 29, 2026.

Would you like pictures of your favorite marching band student?  Would you like if someone else took them so you could sit back and watch the band perform?  Would you like to help raise funds for the Avon Lake band program?  I give you the Avon Lake Marching Shoremen Photo Fundraiser.

I will photograph games and events throughout the 2026 marching band season.  You will be given access to photo proofs for each event date.  After viewing proofs, you can decide if you would like to purchase access to download final web images to share digitally via social media, email, message, etc.  You will also have the option to purchase individual high resolution photos for printing.  Proofs have watermarks and are not to be distributed in any way.  I retain copyright to all images, but you will receive written copyright release with purchase for final images without watermarks.

The Pricing

$25 full set:  One event date complete set of final images at web resolution for sharing digitally.   New!  If you purchase four sets for $100, the remaining sets will be half price.   If you purchase eight sets for $150, the remaining sets will be $10 each.

$5 individual photos:  Individual high resolution files of your choice for printing.

All proceeds from these photos will go to the Avon Lake Band Aids, Inc.

The Process

• Once available, all proofs will be posted online at www.colleenalbrecht.com under the photography menu.  They are listed by event name and date.  It will take a few moments for each event to load due to the sheer volume of photos.  There are around 500 photos per event.  Please be patient!
• View proofs and decide to purchase a full set and/or individual high resolution photos for each event.
• Submit this order form.  You may submit the form multiple times throughout the season.
• Submit Photo Fundraiser Payment  via Venmo to @ColleenAlbrecht.
• Receive email from colleenalbrecht@gmail.com with instructions to access your photos.
